We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and licensed by the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy (MNCPA) . Such membership and licensing requires that our firm have an independent third party review of our accounting and auditing procedures every three years. This provides our clients with additional assurance that the work completed by our firm is of the highest quality.

We are also members of the Minnesota Society of CPA's and members of the firm are also certified in the State of Wisconsin, and are members of the Wisconsin Society of CPA's
